  • Click on User Profile
  • Click the EDIT icon in the right column of the row displaying your ACCEL Award
  • Click the Request Extension button in the upper right corner of the page
  • Fill out the form and click Submit

ShoRe Grants Deadline Extended

New Deadline: Monday 12/18/17 Noon EST

ShoRe grants are for investigators who already have submitted research grant applications (NIH, PCORI, VA, NSF, etc.) and have received summary statements, but need funds to collect additional data to strengthen their resubmission and address reviewer concerns.

Clinical and Translational Research Bidirectional Sabbatical Program


Goals and Background

The ACCEL CTR Program seeks to strengthen the clinical and translational research abilities of investigators within the four ACCEL partnering institutions. To that end, we are pleased to announce a call for two different types of sabbatical opportunities, allowing ACCEL faculty to visit with other institutions and allowing ACCEL institutions to invite outside faculty to visit them.

ACCEL Investigator Receives NIH Grant

The Delaware-CTR ACCEL program is proud to announce that Recovr, Inc., a company cofounded by Michelle L. Woodbury, PhD, OTR/L of MUSC, has been awarded a competitive NIH Direct-to-Phase-II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant to commercialize virtual reality games that can help stroke survivors regain motor function in their arms and hands.

SHoRE FUNDING OPPORTUNITY- Shovel Ready Pilot Grants Program

We’d like to make you aware of a new funding opportunity that exists through the DE-CTR ACCEL program. Many investigators submit proposals and receive good scores but yet are not funded due to today’s competitive climate. To aid such investigators transition of good proposals into fundable ones,  ACCEL has created the Shovel Ready Pilot Grants Program or ShoRe PGP.
