SCTR Scientific Retreat: Inflammation & Fibrosis

Inflammation and fibrosis are hallmarks of numerous diseases and can affect any organ.
The goal of this retreat is to bring the MUSC and statewide community together to exchange knowledge, build collaborations, and accelerate discoveries of mechanisms of and therapies for diseases of inflammation and fibrosis.
To achieve this goal, the retreat objectives are to: (1) share knowledge of the state-of-the art and current research activity in the area of inflammation and fibrosis; (2) identify resources, assays, or techniques for inflammation and fibrosis research; and (3) network and initiate collaborative partnerships in support of current or future studies. Whether you are engaged in inflammation and fibrosis research, or simply interested in how it applies to your research or clinical practice, this retreat is for you.
This event is open to anyone interested in attending. Registration is free but required to attend.

Submitting an abstract for oral/poster presentations
If you are working currently in the area of inflammation and fibrosis, we invite you to submit an abstract for consideration as either a poster or oral presentation. Follow the abstract submission guidelines listed at the bottom of the REDCap registration form.
