Coaching & Resources for Entreprenurial Women

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) recently received, an iPERT R25 from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) that aims to develop women entrepreneurs. The Coaching & Resources for Entrepreneurial Women (CREW) Program offers training, mentorship, and professional coaching for early career women faculty and senior postdoctoral fellows. The one-year program is open to faculty/post docs from IDeA states.

CREW offers a 12-month program addressing imbalances in Biomedical Entrepreneurship. This is an innovative program for women that aims to change the narrative.

During the program, participants complete an online course on entrepreneurship, engage in skill building activities, partner with an accomplished biomedical entrepreneur for mentorship, receive professional coaching and take part in MUSC’s Innovation Symposium in Charleston, South Carolina.
