“Wellness and Avoiding Burnout for Mentors and Mentees”

The symposium will discuss the following topics:
- Challenges in medical academia in the post-COVID area and resiliency
- Wellness resources available for mentors and mentees at MUSC
- Improving productivity without compromising work-life balance
The program will conclude with a 60-minute panel discussion to address questions about wellness from the audience.
Participants are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time so that as many topics as possible can be covered.
